Triple S Lab focuses on societal security such as disaster, which has been neglected in the traditional security studies, using GDELT (Global Database of Events, Language and Tone) and ACLED (Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project) and various variables related to societal security.

Triple S Lab (Societal Security Lab)은 기존 전통 안보연구에서 등한시하는 재난과 같은 사회안보를 GDELT (Global Database of Events, Language and Tone)와 ACLED(Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project)와 같은 빅데이터와 사회안보와 관련된 변수들을 통해 정치학적으로 분석해보고자 합니다.
본 랩은 두 가지 방향으로 진행됩니다. 첫째는 사회 안보와 관련된 다양한 문제들을 통해 기존의 안보연구를 비판하려 합니다. 두 번째로는 사회 안보라는 변수가 정치학적으로 어떤 함의를 가질 수 있는지 분석하려 합니다.
